What is Soursop?

My Wife Diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer stage 4c. We took 4 chemo of 5FEC than surgery and again 2 chemo and before starting chemo we start using Soursop fruit as fruit twice a day 30 mins. before lunch and dinner and three time soursop leaves tea got a good results now she is cancer free and radiation not required.
